The delivery time varies depending on the location. As a rule, it takes 2-3 working days within Germany. International deliveries can take 7-14 working days. You can find more information about shipping & costs here.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

For orders within the European Union and to Switzerland, the UK, USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada and Australia, we cover the costs of customs clearance and taxes. This means that you don't have to pay any additional fees.
However, orders outside these countries may incur import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These costs are not covered or refunded by us. Please check with your local customs office in advance for more information.

Our jewelry is made from recycled sterling silver and recycled brass.
The Heyam Pieces are hypoallergenic and free from nickel, lead and cadmium, so you won't harm yourself or your skin or expose yourself to harmful substances.
We are proud to work with certified suppliers from all over the world, including Spain, Denmark, Turkey, Thailand and China to manufacture our products.

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on defective jewelry. Please note that the warranty does not cover discoloration and damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

In order to be able to track the return of your order, it is important that you keep your receipt as proof.

After we have received the returned items, we usually need up to 14 days to check and process the refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
